Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can buy any product in exchange to your previous order.

However, you must understand that we can’t bear a loss either; so exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. C’mon that’s just fair!

Any products can be bought in exchange. The final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items.
Exchanged product is dispatched as soon as the returned item/s has passed product inspection. Generally we won’t take more than 72 hours after the pickup of returned item/s is done. In case of any unexpected delay, we will keep you informed by email and SMS.
There is no charge for exchange. All you need to do is to return the original item and exchange it for an item/s of same or higher value. In case you choose an item of higher value, you can pay the differential amount as cash on delivery (COD). COD charges will be applicable. On products belonging to the www.williamhazlitt.in Add-on program, nominal shipping charges will be applicable. COD and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Yes, you can buy any number of items in exchange provided the final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items.
If you are still dissatisfied with the product, you can again exchange the product for any item (covered in exchange policy).
If you wish to cancel your exchange order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount in form of HINDUSTAN GARMENTS Credits.
If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies. Any HINDUSTAN GARMENTS Credits used in the purchase of the Order will be credited back to your account.
